The Gold Cup Races are a time to mingle with clients and colleagues old and new. With a Closed Circuit TV in your Platinum, Gold or Silver Tent you can enjoy time in the tent without missing a minute of the races.

The package includes a 42” color monitor, speaker and stands for both.

The digital signal feed provides a crisp view of the course, without even having to be on it!

Simply check the box maked “Closed Circuit TV” on the order form and we’ll take care of the rest.

 

PLATINUM HOSPITALITY TENT PACKAGE (Up to 300 guests) –$11,000 ($1,054 charitable deduction)
Includes 40'x40' tent on Members Hill with a 10'x10' attached catering tent, 16'x40' picket fenced terrace, 6 umbrella tables, 6- 3' round tables, 3-8' rectangular tables, 6-2' round pedestal tables, 3-5 round tables, 72 chairs, 2 portable restrooms, and 150 official race programs. Tickets include 300 Members Hill badges, 15 Members Hill car passes, 25 VIP car passes, and 110 General car passes. Catering not included. GOLD HOSPITALITY TENT PACKAGE (Up to 200 guests) – $8,000 ($808 charitable deduction)
Includes 30'x30' tent on Members Hill with a 10'x10' attached catering tent, 16'x30' picket fenced terrace, 4 umbrella tables, 6-3' round tables, 2-8' rectangular tables, 4-2' round pedestal tables, 2-5 round tables, 48 chairs, 1 portable restroom, and 100 official race programs. Tickets include 200 Members Hill badges, 10 Members Hill car passes, 15 VIP car passes, and 75 General car passes. Catering not included. SILVER HOSPITALITY TENT PACKAGE (Up to 100 guests)– $5,500 ($621 charitable deduction)
Includes 20'x20' tent on Members Hill with a 10'x10' attached catering tent, 16'x20' picket fenced terrace, 2 umbrella tables, 3-3' round tables, 2-8' rectangular tables, 2-2' round pedestal tables, 32 chairs, and 50 official race programs. BRONZE HOSPITALITY TENT PACKAGE (Up to 30 guests) – $3,000 ($410 charitable deduction)
Includes 15'x15' tent on North Members Hill, affording a view of the North end of the racecourse, with an 8'x15' picket fenced terrace, 2-3' round tables, 2-6' rectangular tables, 16 chairs, and 15 official race programs. FULLY CATERED BRONZE HOSPITALITY TENT PACKAGE (Up to 30 guests)-- $6,400 ($410 charitable deduction)
Includes 15'X15' tent on North Members Hill, affording a view of the North end of the racecourse, with an 8'X15' picket fenced terrace, 2-3' round tables, 2-6' rectangular tables, 16 chairs, and 15 official race programs.  Tickets include 30 Members Hill badges, 3 Members Hill car passes and 12 North General car passes.  Catering presented by Grand Cuisine and includes your pick of 3 salads, 3 entrees, and afternoon delights from their special "The Steeplechase" menu.  Mixers included in this new offering, as well as 1 Bartender and 1 Server.

SKYBOX TENT PACKAGE (Up to 20 guests) – $4,500 ($328 charitable deduction)
Includes a private 16'x20' skybox under tent on Members Hill overlooking the racecourse with 16'x20' private terrace, 2-4' round table, 20 chairs and two benches, fully catered luncheon by Grand Cuisine with all day open bar. Color television featuring the closed circuit program of the day's activities and races. Tickets include 20 Skybox ribbons, 10 Members Hill car passes and 10 complimentary race programs.

RAILSIDE TENTS

Railside Party Tents offer up close viewing where you will feel the thundering hooves of horses as they race by your party. Located off Members Hill, each tent accommodates up to 100 guests. There are a variety of ways to arrange your Railside Tent party. Be sure to visit our Party Planning page.

RAILSIDE PARTY TENT (Up to 100 guests) – North or South $2,200 ($106 charitable deduction)
Includes 20’x20’ tent on racecourse rail with 8' x 20' picketed patio in front of the tent and a 16' x 20' picketed patio behind; Please specify North or South. Tickets include 28 Reserved Rail car passes, or up to two Bus Passes (you may trade 10 car passes per bus pass) admitting all passengers AND 2 Service Vehicle passes. Vans, limos or buses must have proper parking pass for admittance! Bring your own food and refreshments, or select an official caterer from the IGC 2009 list of licensed caterers. If you purchase more than one Railside Party Tent, you must order VGCA security.

RAIL 4 TENT (up to 30 Guests) – North $650 ($3 charitable deduction)
Rail 4 Tent includes 15’x15’ tent on Rail 4. North tent includes one Reserved Rail car pass, 3 General car passes, and 6 Members Hill badges. 

RAIL 1 TENT (up to 30 Guests)--South $900 ($53 charitable deduction)

Rail 1 Tent includes 15'X15' tent on Rail 1, 8'X15' picketed patio in front, 2 Reserved Rail car passes, 2 General car passes and 6 Member Hill badges.

EXCLUSIVE GOLD CUP CATERER

Portable Restroom

While public facilities are available, private portable restroom(s) may only be rented for Reserved Tent Spaces (either Members Hill or Railside Party tents). Ample public facilities are available for North/South Rail Reserved Car spaces and General Admission guests free of charge. Please don't forget to bring a padlock and key for your rented unit - this will be the only way to control access to your unit.
